I am working as an associate Professor in the department of Pathology &Lab Medicine, AIIMS Bhopal since July 2027. I have completed my PG from SMS Medical college, Jaipur , Rajasthan University. I have  published many papers in different national and international journals. I have 13 years experience of teaching and research activities. My areas of interest are laboratory andrology , Male urogenital tract pathology and Dermatopathology. I have been involved in Reporting of Histopathology, Cytopathology, Hematology and Clinical pathology sections. I have been involved in Teaching of Undergraduate, Post graduate and B.sc nursing students and also involved in innovative teaching methods and assessment of MBBS and PG students. Delieverd lectures in conference and CMEs organised by Pathology dept AIIMS Bhopal. I sincerely worked as organizing team member and resource person in various conferences organized by AIIMS Bhopal. I have given contribution in preparation of Standardized operating procedure of clinical Pathology section and in quality assurance. I have given contribution in setting of Andrology Lab with quality assurance. I have completed NABL training course, Research Methodology course,  Medical education Training and Basic life support course.

A cervical cancer screening camp was held at Chiklod, Bhopal(M.P). This campaign was

led by me under guidance of Dr.Vaishali Walke (Prof and Head of department) in

collaboration with Department of Community and family medicine) and with team of

Department of Obstetrics and gynaecology). I created the

awareness among twenty females regarding early detection and prevention of cervical

cancer. Cervical cytology smears reporting was done by me and reports were

communicated to CFM department.
