- Outpatient services initiated. Speciality clinics in Chronic diseases (Diabetes Mellitus, Hypothyroidism, Rheumatoid arthritis, Ischemic heart disease) initiated
- In collaboration with Department of Community and Family Medicine, organized series of five "Skill up-gradation workshop on chronic disease management for medical officers of MP Government" from May-July 2013. This Workshop series was organized with assistance from public Health and Family Welfare Department of Madhya Pradesh.
